Pharmacy

As a mobile practice, it is near impossible to stock and carry all potential medications. For this reason we now offer an online pharmacy where you can be assured the products you are purchasing for your pet is supplied directly by and guaranteed by the manufacturer. Watch for emails with coupons and discounts that can be applied to your purchase. A discount is offered on shipping fees when you use autoship for medications/foods you purchase routinely ie)heart worm prevention, Flea and tick prevention, chronic medications AND DIETS (both prescription and regular diets)!

We understand some clients prefer to use other pharmacies. We are happy to provide a written prescription for you to use at your choice of pharmacy. We can no longer directly deal with other pharmacies as 1) we do not know where the products are purchased nor how they are stored which can decrease efficacy of products and 2) making these phone calls has proven to use a large chunk of our time leading to less time to care for our patients.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is the practice of inserting small needles into specific points on the body. For most, it is a painless and calming experience. It can be used for many ailments, most notably arthritis. It can be used alone or in combination with conventional medicines and therapies.

Animals can benefit from acupuncture in many ways. A few of the most common uses in the veterinary field are to increase comfort, mobility and energy. Please contact us for more information. The initial visit is $150 and follow up visits are $90 each (plus the travel fee).
End-of-Life and Euthanasia

Animal euthanasia is the act of humanely ending the life of a living being in order to end extreme suffering, typically as the result of a serious and irreversible medical condition; in animals, often called "putting to sleep"

When the time comes to say good bye to your beloved friend, euthanasia in your home can be a wonderful option. Being home during this time can make the world of difference to you and your pet.  Please follow this link for more information petsatpeacema.com
